Attorney Joseph Molina Flynn has a wide range of experience within the immigration law field. He has represented numerous clients with family based petitions, asylum applications, USCIS interviews, T-visas, and U-visas.
Joseph handles each immigration case very carefully to ensure that clients are receiving the level of service they deserve. Joseph is an immigrant himself, having immigrated to the United States when he was nine years old. He has thus had to navigate the complexities of Adjustment of Status and Naturalization in his own life, and completely understands the emotional aspects of the case. He seeks to minimize worry for his clients by keeping them informed and ensuring that paperwork is completed accurately the first time in order for his clients to avoid the emotional turmoil of fixing an already filed application.
Joseph also participates in several pro-bono efforts in immigration law. He represents human trafficking and domestic violence victims who seek to gain lawful status in the United Status and participates in Citizenship Day and other such efforts coordinated by organizations in the community.
